Understanding the impact of neuronal intergenerational perception in C. elegans
ENS de Lyon, France
We are exploring how parental perception of pheromone impacts germline development in progeny, using C. elegans. The project involves collecting single-cell transcriptomic data during embryo development in the progeny of pheromone-exposed parents and performing integrative analysis to explore the molecular pathways involved in this intergenerational signal transmission.
